What data do we collect?

LFPG collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information such as: Full Name, email address, Labour Party Membership Number and Occupation.

  • We will only collect further data that is relevant for the purposes and objectives of the LFPG such as: foreign policy interest areas and expertise.

 

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide LFPG with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

  • Sign up for our monthly newsletter

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email.

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

LFPG stores your data on a secure online portal which only relevant Executive Members have access to.

 

LFPG will keep your personal data for the duration you are a member. Once you are no longer a member of the LFPG, we will delete your data within 3 months by removing all information from our systems.

LFPG would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

 

The right to access – You have the right to request LFPG for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

 

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that LFPG correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request LFPG to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
